New Age Engineering PLLC leads the table with 89 filings, more than twice its count in the prior 90 days. Issac & Stern Architects is second with 44, and 26 of its 41 jobs on file are new buildings. Steel Core Engineering is third with 42. The busiest architect in Manhattan is Fogarty Finger, with 38 filings. All but one of its 145 jobs are in that borough.
Four firms filed nothing in the prior 90 days and show up now. Three Studio Architecture and Engineering has 11 filings. Studio A+T Architects has 8. Steven Kratchman Architect has 4, and Overall Renovation has 3. Three firms slowed. Shahrish Shuvo Engineering went from 35 filings to 21. CANY Architecture & Engineering went from 13 to 6. Demerara Engineering went from 12 to 5.
